LAN
LAN is hands down my favorite Japanese restaurant in NYC. The food is great here. You can get lots of raw or cooked fish and the dishes are more upscale…like me…than most places.
The wait staff is very good, though I wish they would have more Japanese people working here…..
For starters we always get the Duck Salad, Red Snapper Sashimi, Raw Shrimp with fried shrimp heads..yeah i know but it tastes great..and the Shumai. I usually get the cooked Red Snapper for my entree…No desert, I have to stay fabulous.
If you like Japanese you owe it to yourself to check it out.
